上海市人才培训销售市场(通称STTM)，于2005年三月经政府部门主管机构准许，迄今仍为中国人才培训销售市场行业我国首例示范点机构，致力于落实中间和国务院办公厅《关于进一步加强人才工作的决定》，促进学习培训销售市场的完善与发展趋势。
